Nelmes, the Information Learning Technologies Director for Training for Travel,
talks about why they chose to use digital notepads, their experiences of using
them, and how they plan to use them in the future.
There
are a number of different interpretations of what an ePortfolio is and what it
can do. This can lead to confusion when talking about ePortfolios and choosing
a new ePortfolio system. Kevin Hickey has produced an emagazine supplement with
the aim of clarifying the different types of ePortfolio available and identifying
questions to think about when choosing a new system.
A digital notepad is like a clipboard and pen, which can be used to write on a normal writting pad. It can then be connected to a computer and the handwritten text can be uploaded and converted into digital text.
