Michael Hughes is a Broadcast Producer for Insight Radio, Europe's first radio station dedicated to the blind and partially sighted community. He is 33, and lost his sight in 1998. Michael uses JAWS screen reader to access the internet. In his spare time, he performs stand-up comedy, writes scripts and produces short films. The BBC Access 2.0 blog has published an interview with him - reproduced here.
The RNIB Web Accessibility Centre has done a case study on the web site of Harry Potter author J K Rowling. Interesting because it is an accessible flash website.
