Communication is a 2-way process.
- Have you established ways in which stakeholders can communicate with you as a learning provider?
- What about those whose first language isn't English?
- What about those who can speak and understand English, but can't read or write it?
- How are you recording stakeholder voice?
- How are you recording actions taken, as a result of stakeholder voice, and/or the resulting outcomes?
