SwiffRec lets you record your voice to a Flash file, that can be played (streamed) in any browser by pressing a Play button.

The complete HTML code with the button is created by the program, so all you have to do is insert it into a web page and visitors can click the button to listen to the recording.

SwiffRec is extremely easy to use, and the intuitive interface lets you create and test your recordings with a few button clicks. In addition to direct recording, the program can also use any WAV input and convert it to Flash format.
