There are a number of security issues for an ePortfolio
- Is the system secure enough not to be accessed, edited or deleted by anyone who shouldn't have the right level of access?
- Do you need to have systems in place to ensure the evidence can not be modified once it has been assessed?
- Is the information securely backed up, with no chance of the information being lost?
- Do you have any guarantees that the ePortfolio won't be lost due to the
systems host closing down, being taken over or just deciding to stop hosting it?
- Is there an audit trail?
