Capital Motivating e-Learning (CaMeL)

Simon Sheldrake tells us that last Friday (4th April 2008),

"I sent details of the above funding programme to all 159 Heads of Local Authorities ACL providers and regions of the WEA plus 129 Voluntary and Community Organisation directors. The website has now gone 'live' and can be found at: www.niace.org.uk/ictcapital."

"The most important change for this year is that the funding is now a 'shared cost' programme. This means successful bidders must send NIACE 10% of their capital request which will fund the support programme, and this must be with NIACE by 15th August. This is similar to the MoleNET programme run by LSN."

NIACE are holding two briefing events - in London on 7th May and Leicester on 14th May. These are half-day events and people should contact Simon if they wish to come; Simon.Sheldrake@niace.org.uk.
