The leadership units that form part of the ePD framework have been published by LSN on behalf of CEL and the LSN.

These units have been revised from the original units in the document that went out for consultation in January 2006 and whereas the previous units looked at vision, strategy, culture, resources and policy separately, they now reflect the developmental process that leaders and organisations need to go through as they progress through the maturity model.

These units underpin all the programmes that CEL offer as part of their Leadership and eLearning portfolio.
