Google Docs Update
Google Docs, the preferred word processing tool for many learning providers, (especially for collaborative working) has just improved again. On the Google Docs blog, Google has announced the integration of Google Translate into Google Docs.
Users can now translate any document in Google Docs into their choice of forty-two different languages. To use the new translation feature, just select the "translate" option under the "tools" drop-down menu.
If practitioners have learners that live in homes where English is not the primary language, the new Google Docs translation option could be very useful. Now when users need to...
- send letters,
- set tasks
- produce resources etc.,
...they can easily print them out in multiple languages.
Those without and account, can set one up at http://docs.google.com/.
Note: I've produced two eBooks on Google Docs available at...
