Go!Animate can be used to...

  • create animations to raise awareness of the aims and objectives of the VLE
  • Or how about creating a set of animations answering learner/practitioner most frequently asked questions?
  • You can create animations for VLE Resources/Content... for example - Practitioners can use Go!Animate, or similar software, to encourage learners to improve language, reading, storytelling and creative skills. For those who teach young and old how to read and write, and to learn English or to speak a second language, Go!Animate and other similar tools can be an invaluable resource in achieving these objectives.

By writing dialogue for animations, learners can practice using new vocabulary words, engage in make–believe conversations, practice writing sentences, hone storytelling skills, and work independently or collaboratively. They can use it to create animations of the books they read in class. Encourage learners to read aloud what they create.

For practitioners who are initiating computer literacy studies in the classroom to enhance student skills for the workplace, Go!Animate can provide a useful tool to encourage learners to gain confidence in navigating a computer site and creating something special in the process.
