Outlook 2007 - Displaying nonconsecutive dates
Office 2007 - Outlookâs calendar normally displays dates in a
consecutive manner. Sometimes, however, I would find it useful to view several
nonconsecutive dates on my Calendar. Any Ideas?
This is relatively straight forward...
- Open Outlook.
- Go to Calendar.

- Select the single day view.

- Go to the smaller calendar in the left pane. Select the first day you wish to view. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the rest of the dates you wish to view.

The Calendar will display all of the selected dates so that you can review appointments or add information.
