Compendle is a free web-based application that allows users to...

  • organise,
  • review and
  • publish e-learning courses and material.

Using uploaded images and text, Word documents, PDF’s, or even podcasts and videos, users can create engaging and interactive e-learning.

"Our new authoring tool is so easy to use.
Why not take our "3 minute e-learning challenge" and get first hand experience of just how simple it is to create some fantastic e-learning content."

"Simply click on the image to the left and go straight to a tutorial that will give you some great ideas of how to make the most of our new tool." Or go to http://www.compendle.com/three-minute-e-learning-challenge.aspx.

In response to this feedback...

Sarah Saunders replied...

"I think the free trial account can at least offer people the opportunity to explore its functionality without commitment. We feel that Compendle is a really cost-effective resource, individual accounts can start from £23 per month and site licences for some institutions can cost as little as £2,600."

The website does tell readers... "Remember: You can upgrade or downgrade your Compendle package at any time." so with some serious planning costs could be affordable.
