Survey of New Build...
JISC infoNet online survey...
There was some communication in April this year about the possibility of undertaking a survey of new build and refurbishment developments in Colleges and Institutions in the RSC regions.
It was felt this would be useful for colleagues as it would give them the opportunity to share information across regions and put people in touch with developments that could be of interest to them in the same region or elsewhere. Anecdotal evidence suggests that before undertaking a new development colleagues in the sector find it useful to visit or contact others who have undergone, or are undergoing, similar projects so that they can share best practice.
It is hoped that a central repository available to all RSCs could help establish a network of development projects within the sector. JISC infoNet has provided a short online survey tool, based on the survey carried out by RSC East Midlands. A form has been produced for each RSC and it can be completed directly by the College or Learning Provider.
