Sarah Perry, Communications Officer for NIACE's ICT and Learning Team, informs us that all the E Guides Coordinators, who responded to their request to let them know how many of the NLN Materials CDs their organisation needs, should by now have had letters from NIACE;the letters informed them their CDs will soon be arriving and will have include 4 copies of the Subject E-Learning Workshops Training Materials CDs for curriculum managers, a new flyer about how to access the materials, a flyer about what to do with the CDs and pouches, and a flyer about the subject workshops.

A few days after receiving the letter, NIACE's distribution company will have sent out the Round 4 subject CDs and the pouches.

These CDs contain materials to promote an understanding of how e-learning in general can support teaching and learning in the subject areas of Family Learning, ESOL, Modern Foreign Languages and Making Learning Work for You, including the use of the Round 4 NLN Materials. These staff training materials should be given to the relevant curriculum managers within your organisation.
