Claire is Head of Marketing Tourism and Events Management at the University of Chester. Claire also works closely with the Associate Colleges of the University of Chester working with them to enhance and develop their provision of HE in FE. Claire*s research interests are in  how ICT can be used to effectively  improve and enhance the delivery of HE in FE. Claire has extensive QAA  experience of HE in FE having undertake QAA reviews in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

Claire also is an Associate Lecturer with the Open University and is involved in delivering distance learning undergraduate business modules both nationally and internationally.
